Step 1: It all starts when you download a Fundred Template and draw your own Fundred Dollar Bill. You can download the template,

Step 2: Send your completed Fundred Dollar Bill(s) to a Collection Center near you NOW. For a Collection Center near you,

Step 3: The Fundreds are securely held at a Collection Center awaiting pick-up.
Step 4: The special Sous Terre Armored Truck–powered by straight vegetable oil–will travel to each Collection Center around the country to pick-up the valuable Fundred drawings.

Step 6: The Sous Terre Armored Truck Guards will deliver the Fundred Dollar Bills to the U.S. Congress in Washington DC, where they will request an "even exchange"–300,000,000 Fundred Dollars for $300,000,000 in funds–to support the implementation of Operation Paydirt’s efforts to make safe lead-polluted soils in New Orleans.
